If you’re building a new home, we offer a total electrical management solution that takes care of every aspect of your requirements. We achieve this by working through a proven 5 stage process with the completion of each step ensuring the best possible outcome.

1.

INITIAL DESIGN AND SCOPE

We start by pulling together all the relevant construction and building plans to establish the specific requirements for each job.

This can range from the new/existing installation’s predicted current consumption, incoming phone/data line requirements to potential incoming power/data service specifications or upgrading of existing services. 

We liaise with power and telecommunication providers to gain quotations for the established requirements. We also keep in close contact with our client  explaining this process and keeping them updated at all times.

2.

ELECTRICAL CONSULTATION AND DESIGN

Our clients visit our purpose-built showroom to see our wide range of energy efficient power and lighting. Our experienced consultants - with well over 50 years combined electrical experience - will listen and establish what is required, offer advice and solutions.

We then design and present a modern and practical electrical package with relevant plans and product information that is tailormade to the scope provided and fits within the allocated budget.

Flexibility is paramount with our work. There are often variations that will be made during the building process, and we recognise that our customers are sometimes undertaking major electrical renovations or new builds for their first time. We are always happy to accommodate any alterations that need to be made during this process, and offer different ideas and solutions along the way.

3.

ONSITE ELECTRICAL WORKS

This is where we start transforming our customers dreams into reality.

Our experienced team work seamlessly and efficiently to ensure the job runs smoothly and quickly liaising with onsite builders and other subtrades to get everything completed in a time-efficient manner. Again, we have continued contact with our customer to keep them up to date with progress onsite as well as listen and act upon any feedback that they may wish to share with us.

Our customer will always have a dedicated project manager and estimator available to them throughout their job - from inception to completion, giving peace-of-mind and knowledge that we are with them every step of the way!

4.

HANDOVER

When we have completed, quality-tested and signed off on our electrical work, we will meet with our client onsite to walk-through their electrical installation.

We go through all aspects of their job – familiarising our customer with any programming items that require constant future input into. At this time we hand over the reins, making sure our client is comfortable and up to speed with every aspect of their electrical installation. 

A handover pack is also provided. This contains all relevant information and instructions on various electrical items of their installation.

5.

MAINTENANCE AND FUTURE SUPPORT

We love to hear from our customers after the job is complete!

It may be a quick email or phone call with requests for further assistance, or just to let us know how they are enjoying their new installation! Regardless, we have a dedicated maintenance team ready to assist with any future requirements or alterations in a timely fashion if required.

We also know that advances in energy efficient technology are happening all the time. We keep our clients up-to-date with these advances and should an opportunity to further improve an installation arise, we can scope any additional works.
